Ms. Lochab-Dogra routinely assists public agencies in a spectrum of labor and employment matters. She adeptly navigates clients through the intricacies of Certificated and Classified discipline and dismissal procedures, while also addressing and responding to CRD and CDE complaints. Her expertise encompasses skillfully crafting responses to workplace grievances, addressing investigation notices, and shaping employment contracts. Moreover, Ms. Lochab-Dogra assumes a pivotal position in conducting comprehensive investigations, effectively managing claims related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and the establishment of hostile work environments. Central to her practice, Ms. Lochab-Dogra provides guidance in interpreting collective bargaining agreements, while also making substantial contributions through drafting and revising board policies and administrative regulations. Assisting clients in managing Public Records Act requests and other information inquiries, Ms. Lochab-Dogra has experience with skillfully crafting document productions and responding to requests.
Education
Ms. Lochab-Dogra earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California at Davis, King Hall School of Law. During law school, Ms. Lochab-Dogra served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy, and was a board member of the Law Student's Association and the King Hall Labor and Employment Law Association. She also worked at the Sacramento Superior Court and the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Ms. Lochab-Dogra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
