Litigation Complaints and Rulings
- Colorado et al. v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services et al., Complaint (Filed April 1, 2025)
- Colorado and other states have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, challenging the termination of $11 billion in public health funding. The states argue the decision was unlawful and harmful to health services, and they’re seeking to have the funding restored. The case is currently pending.
