Lozano Smith Announces New Associates Kirsten Zumwalt Kuitu and Kevin Angstenberger

Fresno, CA (October 8, 2009) - Attorney Kirsten Zumwalt Kuitu has joined the Lozano Smith law firm as an associate in their Fresno office. Attorney Kevin Angstenberger is the newest associate in the firm's Walnut Creek office. Kirsten and Kevin will provide legal services to the firm's education and local government clients.

Kirsten represents management in sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and FMLA/CFRA litigation. She also counsels employers on a full range of employment matters.

Kevin is an experienced business and real estate attorney, representing both buyers and sellers in connection with the negotiation, documentation and closing of the purchase or sale of real property. He also represents clients before city councils and other boards on land use and related development matters.
