Facilities and Business Attorney
The practice includes representation of school districts & other public agencies in a variety of legal areas including business, finance, real property, eminent domain, construction and environmental issues. Two to five years of experience, preferred; CA Bar admission required. Public agency or education law a plus.
Litigation Legal Secretary
Qualified candidates are team players with excellent organization, detail-oriented, have outstanding proofreading skills and a courteous and professional attitude.Four to seven years of recent legal secretarial experience in litigation is required. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Word, calendaring, experience and knowledge of court/filing procedures, be able to prepare complex pleadings and type 70+ wpm. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Education Law Attorney
The ideal candidate will have experience in, and a strong interest to practice, education law with an emphasis in special education.CA Bar admission required. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and education / public agency law experience a plus.

Generalist Education Law Attorney
The candidate will handle a wide variety of legal issues, encountered by public school districts, including those involving facilities and business, student issues and charter schools.
