Attorney Patricia Andreen Joins Lozano Smith

Monterey, CA (July 1, 2009) - San Luis Obispo County resident and noted education attorney Patricia (Patty) Andreen has joined the Lozano Smith law firm as Senior Counsel. Patty began representing school districts in 1981, when she joined the education division of the Fresno County Counsel's Office. She has extensive experience handling labor relations, employment litigation, and construction-related matters. During her distinguished career, she has been in solo practice, served as Of Counsel Attorney to Lozano Smith, and taught bar review courses. In 2000, Patty was elected to the San Luis Coastal Unified School District governing board and served twice as Chair and once as Clerk during her six years on the board.

Patty will serve clients from the firm's Monterey office. Regarding her renewed relationship with the firm, Patty notes that she is "very excited to return to Lozano Smith. During these trying times for school districts, helping administrators and boards find solutions to their problems will be a privilege.
