Workshop Overview

This team-centered, 6-hour workshop unpacks the LEAD Manual and provides tools to assist school administrators with personnel communications and employee documentation so that their documentation is legally defensible, fair, and easily understood by employees, interested parties, and other neutral third party decision makers.
