Lozano Smith Continues Growth with Addition of Senior Attorneys in the Firm's Fresno Office

Fresno, Calif., (July 6, 2016) - Lozano Smith, LLP, one of California's leading public agency and education law firms, is pleased to announce that Lee Burdick and Michael R. Linden have joined Lozano Smith. Ms. Burdick's practice is primarily focused on the Labor & Employment aspects of public agency law, while Mr. Linden's practice is focused on assisting local government and school district clients on facilities, business and litigation matters.

Lee Burdick has more than 25 years of legal and litigation research and case management for a wide range of clients, including government, corporate and nonprofit entities. Her expertise includes research, analysis and advocacy before a variety of federal, state and local agencies and courts. Ms. Burdick received her Juris Doctor degree from Columbus Law School, Catholic University of America with a certificate in Administrative Law.

Michael R. Linden's practice is focused on assisting local government and school district clients in a wide-variety of legal issues, and he has extensive trial and appellate experience with a broad range of civil actions, including civil rights, dangerous conditions, torts, contracts, code enforcement, retirement, and taxes. Mr. Linden earned his J.D. degree from the John F. Kennedy University School of Law.
