Ms. Nicolae has experience analyzing government tort claims, EEOC/DFEH complaints, and lawsuits against public entities and has prepared numerous case resolution plans, applying legal principles and practices related to public employment law and civil procedure. She has managed many litigated and non-litigated cases against public entities, drafted litigation management reports, and analyzed workplace investigation reports.
Education
Ms. Nicolae earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in intellectual property law from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, she earned a Mediator's Certificate of Training. She also earned a Certified Litigation Management Professional designation from the Litigation Management Institute. Prior to law school, Ms. Nicolae earned Bachelors of Arts degrees in German and French from the University of California, Davis.
