Arielle Percival is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Sacramento Office. Her practice focuses on the facilities and business aspects of public agency law.
Experience
Ms. Percival most recently served as corporate counsel for a vertically integrated manufacturing facility. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating intellectual property licensing agreements, employment agreements, and entity formation. She also has litigation experience in the areas of breach of contract disputes, construction law, and wage and hour claims. As part of the litigation process, Ms. Percival has drafted pleadings and propounded and responded to written discovery.
Education
Ms. Percival earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, Ms. Percival was a Comment and Legislative Staff Writer for The University of the Pacific Law Review, as well as a recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for Written Discovery. Prior to law school, Ms. Percival earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.
