Lozano Smith Adds Two New Attorneys

Fresno, CA (September 5, 2012) - Lozano Smith is pleased to announce that it has added two new attorneys to the firm, Marisa Lincoln to its Walnut Creek office and Matthew Soleimanpour to its San Diego office.
Ms. Lincoln joined the Walnut Creek office as Senior Counsel on August 27, 2012, practicing in labor and employment and charter school related issues. She joins the firm with experience in advising clients with regard to general education law matters impacting educational entities, including the Brown Act, FERPA and student confidentiality, and the Public Records Act. Ms. Lincoln received her Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from California State University, Sacramento.
Mr. Soleimanpour joined the San Diego office on August 31, 2012 as an Associate, practicing primarily in labor and employment and litigation. Prior to joining Lozano Smith, he actively managed a substantial caseload concerning labor and employment matters. Mr. Soleimanpour received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University - Moritz College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego.
