What are the most important legal issues impacting California schools next year? What legal decisions do board members need to understand? Presenters will focus on critical legal issues impacting school districts and county offices of education in 2021, including important court decisions from 2020 and the impact of new laws and regulations. Attendees will leave with knowledge of how these issues impact their school districts and COEs and what actions can and should be taken as a result.
