Tina C. Mirzazadeh is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Walnut Creek Office. Ms. Mirzazadeh represents clients through the various stages of litigation.
Prior to joining Lozano Smith, Ms. Mirzazadeh’s practice focused on representing private and public entities in work-related injury cases. She has litigated cases from inception to settlement, trial, or through post-trial proceedings. She has years of experience in conducting legal research and analysis, engaging in discovery, arguing motions, and negotiating case settlements. Clients appreciate her consistent communication and counsel regarding litigation strategy at each stage of each case.
Ms. Mirzazadeh received her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she received an International Legal Studies Certificate, and was named to the Dean’s Honor List and Traynor Honor Society. During Law School she was a Staff Writer and Associate Comment Editor for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with minors in History and Middle Eastern Studies, from the University of California, Davis.
