Stephanie L. Gow is an Associate in Lozano Smith’s San Diego Office. Ms. Gow’s practice is primarily focused on serving public agencies in the areas of labor and employment and investigations.

Experience

Ms. Gow advises on investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct, and she works closely with investigators to develop thorough reports and actionable recommendations for leadership. Ms. Gow is also well-versed in employee discipline, separation processes, ethics compliance, and equal opportunity regulations. She regularly advises on complex employment issues to ensure compliance with federal and state law and delivers training on workplace conduct and professional standards to staff at all levels.

Ms. Gow most recently served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Education

Ms. Gow earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from the University of California, Irvine.
