Rebal R. Halabi-Boutros is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Sacramento office. Her legal practice is focused on the labor and employment aspects of public agency law, and assists school district clients with special education issues.

Ms. Halabi-Boutros has experience in various aspects of labor and employment law and is skilled in analyzing and evaluating employment-related cases; reviewing and editing Employee Handbooks; conducting legal research; drafting motions, briefs, and memoranda; propounding and responding to written discovery; attending hearings; and reviewing and drafting settlement agreements.

Education

Ms. Halabi-Boutros earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school, she focused on Trial & Appellate Advocacy, and was a member of the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court, President of Disability Alliance Law Student Association, Client Counseling Competition Team, Phi Alpha Delta, and International Law Society. She also served as co-chair of the Student Bar Association and Treasurer of the Criminal Law Society. Ms. Halabi-Boutros earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
