Lozano Smith Announces Practice Area Leadership Changes
Mary F. Lerner is a Partner in Lozano Smith's Fresno office and is the new co-chair of the firm's Municipal Practice Group. Ms. Lerner is also a member of the firm's Facilities and Business, Governance, and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. Ms. Lerner advises clients regarding a wide range of issues affecting public agencies.
Ryan P. Tung is Senior Counsel in Lozano Smith's Walnut Creek Office and is the new co-chair of the firm's Governance Practice Group. Ryan's practice focuses on governance, charter schools, special education/student issues, and workplace investigations. He frequently advises clients on a wide variety of school district reorganization issues and in a broad range of school board election matters.
