Lozano Smith Names Senior Litigator Equity Partner

Fresno, CA (July 6, 2017) - Lozano Smith, LLP, a leading California education and public agency law firm, is pleased to announce the naming of Mark K. Kitabayashi to the firm's equity partnership. He is also the Office Managing Partner of Lozano Smith's Los Angeles office and co-chair of the firm's Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Kitabayashi joined Lozano Smith in September 2006 as Senior Counsel. He was later named a Southern California Super Lawyer in 2011 and elevated to Partner at Lozano Smith in 2012. With over 30 years of experience as an attorney, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in labor and employment, municipal, environmental, business, and construction litigation. He has successfully represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials and handled hundreds of arbitrations and mediations. He received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.
