Lozano Smith Adds New Attorney

Firm Continues to Strengthen its Northern California Presence

Fresno, CA (December 3, 2012) - Lozano Smith is pleased to announce that it has added Gabriela D. Flowers as a new attorney to its Sacramento office.

Ms. Flowers has joined the firm as an Associate and will provide legal advice and services in Labor & Employment, Special Education and Student issues. She has experience in employee discipline, collective bargaining, arbitration, contract interpretation, grievance processing, unfair labor practices, student rights and discipline, governance and special education. Ms. Flowers received her Juris Doctor from University of California at Davis. She has a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
