This session will cover practical strategies to help your team prepare effectively, set clear goals, and approach bargaining with confidence. We’ll share proven techniques and examples of what has worked well in real negotiations, along with common pitfalls to avoid. Participants will also engage in group discussions and hypothetical scenarios to exchange ideas and learn from one another’s experiences—positive and not so—all with the goal of making the bargaining process as smooth and productive as possible.This event is reserved for school district or public agency employees only.
