DetailsAs enrollment declines in many parts of the states and budgets tighten, school districts are increasingly looking for ways to generate revenue from underutilized school sites and other property. This workshop will give an overview of laws and regulations relating to surplus real property, strategies for generating revenue, and newer laws, regulations and trends in this area. We will also touch on the potential use of school district property for workforce housing.
