Experience

Ms. Beltran manages complex caseloads and supports clients across a broad range of public agency matters. She supports litigation matters by handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, conducting legal research, and preparing case materials and settlement memoranda. She also has experience representing clients in hearings and trials.

Education

Ms. Beltran earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in sociology from Montana State University.
