Haran Krishnan is an Associate in Lozano Smith’s Sacramento Office. Mr. Krishnan advises public agency clients, including school districts, on matters spanning facilities and business, litigation and governance.

Experience

Mr. Krishnan provides legal support on matters involving contracts, regulatory compliance and enforcement, administrative proceedings, and municipal law. He is experienced in all stages of the litigation process, including discovery, negotiations, mediation, motion practice, hearings, and trial. Mr. Krishnan regularly conducts legal research, preparing pleadings and legal memoranda, and advises clients on a variety of operational and governance matters.

Education

Mr. Krishnan earned his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, following a Master of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
