Experience

Ms. Asher advises public agency clients on a broad range of employment-related issues, including employee discipline, compliance with state and federal laws, and risk management strategies. She has experience representing clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies and works closely with leadership teams to resolve disputes and implement effective, legally compliant policies and procedures. Ms. Asher also guides clients through internal and external investigations, including preparing disclosures and overseeing corrective actions.

Ms. Asher also has significant experience advising clients in special education and student privacy matters. Her representative areas of expertise include advising on student discipline and Section 504.
