Experience

Mr. Kokhanets provides legal support to public agencies in a variety of transactional matters. He is skilled in negotiating and drafting mitigation agreements, energy services contracts, and lease-leaseback agreements to support school construction and operations. In the area of public finance, he assists with bond and parcel tax election procedures, prepares related board resolutions, and drafts bond purchase agreements, paying agent agreements, and disclosure documents. Mr. Kokhanets also provides guidance on employment law matters, including drafting settlement agreements and supporting clients through negotiations and dispute resolution.
