Experience

Ms. Layne advises clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employee discipline, grievance resolution, labor relations, and personnel issues. She has experience addressing sensitive workplace concerns such as hostile work environment allegations and unprofessional conduct. Ms. Layne regularly conducts investigations under Title V, Title VII, and Title IX involving complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also provides trainings and workshops on preventing discrimination and harassment, with a focus on Title IX compliance.
