Mr. Rozance supports public agencies in the areas of facilities and business, providing guidance on contract development, lease agreements, and real estate matters. He has experience related to regulatory compliance and planning, including advising clients on water, hazardous substances, and environmental matters. Mr. Rozance is also skilled in advising clients on workplace safety, including OSHA and Cal/OSHA standards, and engaging with state and federal agencies on labor-related regulatory developments.

Mr. Rozance earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Rozance earned his Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
