Experience
Mr. Vasquez represents public agencies in all manner of facilities and business legal matters, including in the area of environmental law and regulations. Prior to joining Lozano Smith, Mr. Vasquez represented and served as regulatory counsel for public agencies and publicly owned utilities.
Education
Mr. Vasquez earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. During Law School, Mr. Vasquez took part in the Environmental Law Certificate Program and Public Interest Law Certificate Program. He also participated in the ABA Moot Court National Appellate Advocacy Program, and served as a board member of the Environmental Law Society. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
