Experience

Prior to joining Lozano Smith, Mr. Olivares served as a staff attorney focused on litigation and housing matters. He is experienced in unlawful detainer proceedings, nuisance issues, and code violations. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as an administrative analyst for a city in Central California.

Education

Mr. Olivares earned his J.D. degree from San Joaquin College of Law where he also earned two Witkin Awards for academic excellence in civil procedures and legal methods. He earned his Master's in Public Administration from California State University, Fresno, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
