Experience

Ms. Varaich most recently worked in her own private practice where she concentrated on corporate, business and transactional law. She is well-versed in California law related to the healthcare and cannabis industries and has successfully navigated regulatory and administrative matters related to both. Ms. Varaich also has experience with entity formation, corporate governance, joint venture agreements, lease agreements, employment agreements, and a multitude of other commercial transactions. Over the past 15 years, she has provided general counsel services to numerous organizations, and assisted clients in finding solutions to a wide range of issues at all stages of the company's life cycle.

Education

Ms. Varaich earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Varaich was a member of both the San Diego International Law Journal and the Public Interest Law Foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, and wrote her senior thesis on the Malpractice Liabilities in Psychology.
