Mr. Adams represents school districts in all manner of labor and employment legal matters, and has experience with settlement negotiations for disciplinary cases, drafting proposed settlement agreements, administrative hearings, workplace investigations, and the Education Code.
Education
Mr. Adams earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During Law School, Mr. Adams was awarded the Order of the Barristers as the top student advocate at the trial level, and was a a two-time Dean's list student and member of the Traynor Honor's Society. He was heavily involved in student leadership, and was the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, President of the Entertainment Law Society, and also served as a member of the Mock Trial Team. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
