Board members have all heard, and likely experienced, the impacts of the labor shortage. The impacts of this shortage can be felt even in the districts' highest-level position where there have been increased vacancies and where leadership is more important than ever as districts recover from school closures, impacts of the pandemic and the general business of ensuring a high-quality education for students.
