Now more than ever, school districts are faced with controversial speech. When can teachers and students criticize the administration or speak out about Black Lives Matter, the Proud Boys or ANTIFA? This workshop will discuss the district’s need to balance a respect for employee and student religious and political viewpoints while ensuring that speech does not disrupt the workplace or violate the rights of others.This event is reserved for school district or public agency employees only.
