The world of school bonds and related public finance issues can be confusing and complex. It can also be intimidating to administrators. You are expected, more than ever, to serve as comprehensive experts in the bond process from A to Z. To prepare you for the upcoming election year, Lozano Smith’s Public Finance team is rolling out the Election 2020 School Bonds Workshop.
This overarching workshop walks attendees through three critical stages: (1) Pre-Election/Preparing your Measure, (2) Issuance and (3) Post-Issuance. Together, your facilities and finance teams will ensure legal requirements are met from funding to completed construction and beyond.

• Assembling your Bond Team: Who are these people and what they do
• On-going obligations: CDIAC, SEC, and IRS: Regulations and leg requirments
