Unfortunately, inconsistencies in language and entering into contracts that are not tailored for school business can plague an organization for years. This workshop will focus on the legal requirements and best practices for contract negotiations and will teach you how to recognize potential contract problems in order to avoid pitfalls. You also will become familiar with the most common contract issues, learn contract type nuances, and gain a clear understanding of a contract’s fine print and the critical terms to negotiate before you sign on the dotted line.
