One of the byproducts of the current "boom" in construction is an increase in claims and disputes on school district projects. Learn techniques from seasoned public works experts to effectively process, defend, and resolve contractor claims, and proactively identify and prosecute the school district's claims for damages. Applicable contract terms, statutes, and case law will be reviewed as well as best practices and recent legal developments. We will be presenting this workshop in multiple locations.
