Presenters will focus on critical legal issues impacting school districts and COEs in 2018. Issues include: religious tolerance, free and appropriate education for students with exceptional needs, important court decisions from 2017 and the impact of new laws and regulations, and more. Attendees will leave with knowledge of how these issues impact their school districts and COEs and what actions can and should be taken as a result.
