Now more than ever, school districts are faced with controversial speech. When can teachers criticize the administration or speak out about Black Lives Matter or A Day Without Immigrants? This presentation will discuss the district's need to balance a respect for employee religious and political viewpoints while ensuring that employee speech does not disrupt the work place or violate the rights of others.
