This "Do's and Don'ts" workshop focuses on pressing legal implications regarding use of E-communication, from the California Supreme Court decision in City of San Jose v. Superior Court confirming that District communications on your personal devices can be public records, to policies around use of technology (or the lack thereof). This workshop centers on developments impacting districts, and in particular how to develop and manage policies, as well as practical pointers about the new world resulting from the City of San Jose case.
