Recognition, zipper, and me too clauses, oh my! Ever wondered what a completion of agreement clause is and why it is in your CBA? CBAs contain clauses that are often ignored or overlooked during bargaining agreement, but that are actually critical in employer-employee relations and interpretation of the CBA.
