Kelly Broedlow Dunagan is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Monterey office. Ms. Dunagan represents public schools and other educational agencies in special education and litigation.
Prior to joining Lozano Smith, Ms. Dunagan represented private clients in state and federal court litigation matters. She has also served as outside litigation counsel for a public entity healthcare district and affiliated hospital. She is a skilled litigator with experience as lead attorney, taking and defending depositions, pre-trial preparation, conducting preliminary hearings, trial and arbitration, expert witness work, deposition and e-discovery, as well as oral argument on appeal.
She has also served as a volunteer Trial Attorney Partner (TAP) for the Orange County District Attorneys’ Office.
Ms. Dunagan earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Trial Advocacy. She received a B.A. in Public Communication from The American University, in Washington DC.
